Along with photojournalism Khandakar Anisur Rahman teaches ‘Bangladesh Studies’ in Japanese school and provide travel guide consultancy both in Bangladesh and Japan.
He coordinated the photographic exhibition of Bangladesh in 2006 which was held in Japan at Shinjuku-ku at Sirius photo gallery. He also coordinated the Indian photographic exhibition in 2007 in the Month of Photography, the annual program of the Photographic Society of Japan.
Khandakar Anisur Rahman’s Noteworthy Photographic Achievements:
- He received two awards at the SUGINAMI BUNKA-FUJI PHOTO MODELLING PHOTO CONTEST in 1996 and 1998.
- Received one award at the OGAWAMACHI – ASAHI PHOTO CONTEST in 1987.
- Received one award at the 1st AMATERAS PHOTO CONTEST in 1997, 2000.
He has held various exhibitions in Japan at the Olympus Gallery (Shinjuku) the Shinagawa Cannon Gallery and the Cosmos Gallery (Meguro-ku)
